Your result has four numbers, and each tells you something different. Download is how fast data reaches you (streaming, browsing). Upload is how fast you send (video calls, backups). Ping (latency) is delay in milliseconds — lower is better for gaming and calls. Jitter is how much that delay varies. Compare your download against your plan's advertised speed and its ACCC typical evening speed, not the peak lab number.
